Richard Enderson: Framing contractor. Richard was replaced when we found out that he lied about having liability insurance for his workers and that his work didn't come close to passing inspection. He simply did not follow the structural drawings. His 8-week timeframe took 30-weeks before we hired someone else to fix all of the framing problems which took an additional 9-weeks and cost us more than $59,000!!

Julian Matthews: Zac's other brother, came down from Seattle a couple of times to visit and got conscripted to help. trenching, cleanup, stud location marking, sprinkler archeology, low voltage, blocking etc., etc., etc.
