The Glulam beam in the garage was discovered to have an outward bow. After some dismantling, trimming nailing, gluing and clamping. . . It should stay straight

Zac cleared out a spot that needed some concrete fill, later this whole area is found to be inadequate, the wall holding the front door and all of this concrete (which used to be the front porch at some time) gets removed and a new stem wall will be poured with wood framing where this masonry porch is.
