Under the Balcony at the front of the house the window seat is boxed out.

Much of the East face of the roof is decked.

The white wood goes beyond the edge of the gables to hold the overhang of the roof ("outlookers"). This is above the master bath and closet.

And outlookers above Dexter's room. Each one is notched into the roof rafters.

A soffit above the library, for lighting and HVAC.

Some door frames got resized.

The boy's bathroom window framed.

We met today with the HVAC guy, Brian from JRE Heating and Air, and made some final decisions about how we were going to get heating and A/C throughout the house. they should start working tomorrow.

Zac salvaged a HUGE pile of wood offcuts for future fireplace use. The trash pile is getting too big again!
